Product and fulfillment
- LosslessRec: downloadable Windows screen-recording software for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11.
- Paid licenses are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. A trial is available before purchase.
- LosslessRec does not operate a marketplace, file-sharing service, user-content hosting platform, IPTV service, or streaming-download service.
Authorized-use safeguards
LosslessRec does not advertise or support bypassing DRM, encryption, access controls, paywalls, or copy protection. Customers must own or have permission to record content and must obtain legally required consent before recording meetings, calls, microphones, webcams, or private communications. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Pricing, recurring billing, and cancellation
- Premium 365: $19.99 USD per year for 1 PC; automatically renews until canceled.
- Lifetime: $39.96 USD one time for 1 PC.
- Group Lifetime: $59.96 USD one time for 2 PCs.
Customers can cancel future Premium 365 renewals using the instructions in their checkout-provider receipt or account before the next billing date, or contact [email protected].
Payment and data handling
The third-party checkout provider identified before payment may act as reseller or merchant of record and is the legal seller shown at checkout and on the receipt. Payment-card information is handled by that provider and is not stored by the Operator. Website and support data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
