Eligible LosslessRec purchases may be refunded within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date under the conditions below. This is a limited refund policy, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Eligible refunds
- A verified technical defect prevents a materially advertised function from working, and support cannot provide a fix or reasonable workaround.
- A duplicate charge for the same product and license term.
- The wrong LosslessRec license was purchased and support cannot provide an appropriate exchange.
- A license code was not delivered and support cannot provide it within a reasonable period after payment verification.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days with the order number, purchase email, license purchased, and reason. For technical issues, include enough information to diagnose the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the checkout provider; bank processing times vary.
Generally ineligible requests
- Requests after the 30-day period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- A change of mind after substantial use, where no mandatory withdrawal right applies.
- Incompatibility, trial restrictions, or missing functionality clearly disclosed before purchase.
- Abuse, fraud, repeated refund claims, chargeback abuse, or use that violates the EULA or Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Premium 365 renews automatically at $19.99 USD per year until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund paid charges or shorten the current paid term. Use the cancellation instructions in your checkout-provider receipt or account before the next billing date, or contact [email protected].
EU/EEA and UK consumers
Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights. Where immediate delivery or activation of digital content affects a statutory withdrawal right, the checkout provider may request the required express consent and acknowledgement before delivery.
