How is the license delivered?
Paid licenses are delivered electronically by email after payment confirmation. Use the same purchase email when contacting support about delivery.
Does Premium 365 renew automatically?
Yes. It renews annually at $19.99 USD/year until canceled. Cancel future renewals through the checkout-provider receipt or account before the next billing date.
Are Lifetime plans subscriptions?
No. Lifetime and Group Lifetime are one-time purchases. They do not create recurring annual charges.
Can I move a license to another computer?
Device and activation changes can depend on the license and activation state. Contact [email protected] with your order information before assuming a transfer is available.
Do Lifetime licenses include every future major version?
No such guarantee is made. Product updates are included, but a future separately priced major version may not be included.
What refund policy applies?
Eligible requests are governed by the published 30-day limited refund policy and applicable mandatory consumer law. It is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.
